RFx Executive Consultant Jenny Aiken from Franklin, Tennessee joined Rodan + Fields in 2009 because she needed a financial "miracle";—a way to contribute to the family income without going back to work in corporate America. With two young children and one on the way, returning to her full-time marketing career was not an attractive option. Michele Armstrong

As the mother of four, Level V Executive Consultant and Elite V Achiever Michele Armstrong has to budget her time wisely. In 2010, the Alabama-native jumped at the opportunity to sign up as a Rodan + Fields Independent Consultant because it offered her the work and family balance she desired. With a master's degrees in English and Dance and experience as a high school teacher, Michele is thrilled she can use her teaching expertise to help her team members turn their dreams into reality.

Michele's decision to become an Independent Consultant back in 2010 has certainly paid off. Michele feels like she was given the chance to build a business around her family life and strives to make an impact on the world around her. After one year in the business, Michele achieved Elite Level V status and joined 12 other Consultants to serve on the Rodan + Fields Leadership Advisory Board. What's more, she's earned trips to California, Hawaii and Mexico and is now a proud owner of a Lexus earned through the Road to RFx Car Incentive Program. Chandan and Laura Bangar

As a former financial services representative, Laura Bangar from Laurel, Mississippi loved her job and didn't imagine she'd be leaving it so soon. When she became a mother, Laura's desire to stay home with her child was greater than her corporate pursuits. After stumbling across a Rodan + Fields® social media post in 2012, she did a little research, was blown away by the earning potential of an Independent Consultant, and immediately set out to start her own R+F business.

Within five months of working her business 20 hours a week, Laura achieved Level V status and deemed her earnings enough to quit her full-time corporate job. Her husband, Chandan, was also able to say goodbye to his sales job to join her as a Consultant. Debbie and Brown Bannister

Level V Executive Consultant Debbie Bannister from Franklin, Tennessee, believes every person is exceptional and is created to live an exceptional life. And she's proving that point to others with her Rodan + Fields business. In February 2010, Debbie and her husband, Brown, found themselves facing a very different financial future due to the economic downturn and dramatic changes in the music industry that affected Brown's income. Mary Ann Benedetti

Elite V Achiever and Level V Executive Consultant Mary Ann Benedetti from Danville, California, joined Rodan + Fields® in late 2010, and immediately saw the potential positive impact having her own business could have on her family. Her husband, Steve, gets up at 3 a.m. every morning to work a physically demanding job, and she sees her Rodan + Fields business as a vehicle to retire him. "My husband has been the greatest blessing in my life for 30 years,"; explains Mary Ann. Defining her "why"; early on has fueled Mary Ann's amazing journey as a Rodan + Fields Consultant, which started by reaching Level V in less than three months.

Mary Ann built her Rodan + Fields business alongside her full-time job as a group leader and spokeswoman for a nationally recognized weight loss program. Though she loved her full-time job, Mary Ann is proud to say that she was able to retire from it to focus all of her efforts on Rodan + Fields. On her personal road to RFx, Mary Ann has achieved many Rodan + Fields incentives such as earning an iPad, and winning trips to Maui and Las Ventanas, Mexico. Even with these achievements, she says, "My greatest success has got to be the amazing team which I have helped to build."; Her team, "Make a Better You,"; continues to grow all over the United States. Jeanie Beall Berna

Self-proclaimed, goal-oriented adventurer and Level V Executive Consultant Jeanie Beall Berna announced to her parents at age 10 that she planned to work in the mountains of Yellowstone National Park after high school, and indeed she did. It was there that she met her husband, Jim. Jeanie's desire for adventure led her to a career in education and business development. Later, as a mother of two sons, she and Jim opened an artisan bakery and café.

When her sons graduated from high school, Jim was running the bakery and Jeanie was working as a school administrator. With the boys out of the house, she wanted a new professional challenge that would afford her flexibility, better income potential and the freedom to travel. She had almost stopped her search when she learned about Rodan + Fields. The opportunity "had her at hello,"; and she joined the business in the fall of 2011. Six months later, just as her position as an administrator was eliminated, Jeanie reached the Level V EC Title and replaced her monthly salary. "My plan B quickly became my plan A,"; Jeanie says. These days, after the bakery closes, Jeanie hosts regular evening presentations for her thriving Rodan + Fields team, which continues to rise steadily in both size and volume. According to Jeanie, meetings have been an important ingredient to her success. And earning a Lexus in 14 months is just the icing on the cake.

As her business grows, Jeanie looks forward to retiring Jim from the bakery, traveling the world and supporting causes that are close to her heart. "Jim and I now realize we have embarked on the adventure of a lifetime,"; says Jeanie. And they're ready for whatever comes next.

Tracie Bonds

RFx Executive Consultant Tracie Bonds from Brentwood, Tennessee credits her mother, a successful direct selling entrepreneur for over 25 years, with her own life-changing success as a Rodan + Fields® Independent Consultant. Before joining Rodan + Fields, Tracie had been a very successful real estate agent. But when the real estate market collapsed—along with her income—as a single mom she needed a new way to support herself and put her two sons back in private school.

After Tracie and her mother attended a Rodan + Fields business presentation in the fall of 2008, her mother gave her sage advice: "I can't let you miss this. Holly and Paul Brewer

Holly Brewer, a newlywed from Raleigh, North Carolina and a recent graduate of North Carolina State University, was studying to become a Certified Personal Accountant (CPA) when she learned that she was unexpectedly pregnant with her first child. Faced with a difficult decision, Holly ultimately chose to step away from her career to become a stay-at-home mom. Years later, when her husband's real estate business began to feel the pinch of the recession, Holly began to feel that having an extra income could help with her children's private school tuition. She started researching career opportunities with flexible schedules so she could continue her role as "Room Mom"; and be present for her sons in the day-to-day.

Fortunately, Holly's high school friend introduced her to the Rodan + Fields® business opportunity. Holly was already familiar with the Doctors and was confident of the effectiveness of their brand and products. So, despite her lack of sales experience, she enrolled as an Independent Consultant in June 2012. Sara Cavallaro

Sara Cavallaro is a former clinical pharmaceutical researcher living in Gloucester Township, New Jersey with her husband and three young children. Like many working mothers, Sara found it difficult to find balance in her life and desperately needed a change. In 2012, she was looking for something that would enable her to create a Plan B and build a strong business while working her full-time job. When Sara heard about the Rodan + Fields® business opportunity from her friend, she immediately realized what an incredible opportunity it really was for her. Tammy and Craig Cordes

Tammy Cordes, a full-time airline customer service agent and part-time salon management consultant from Raleigh, North Carolina, tripled her income. She didn't inherit wealth or win big in Vegas. She earned money by working her Rodan + Fields® business 20 to 25 hours a week. She was initially drawn to the opportunity because she could work her business part-time and pay off some debt. "My husband and I were living paycheck to paycheck and coming up short each month. I saw R+F as a chance to get us out of our situation and a way to potentially provide us with a secure future,"; says Tammy about her reason for joining as an Independent Consultant.

After three years, Tammy's business is booming. Since enrolling in May 2009, she has reached Level V Consultant status and earned a new Lexus through the Road to RFx Car Incentive Program. In 2012, Tammy deemed her earnings enough to take an early retirement from the airline industry and walk away from her salon management business. "My life has taken a 180 degree turn. Amy Courtney

In September 2011, Level V Executive Consultant Amy Courtney from Savage, MN, had just sent her 25-year-old son off to live in Denver, and was a stay-at-home mom for his 8-year-old and 1-year-old siblings. Exhausted from taking care of three children at such different ages, Amy began looking for anti-age products – she no longer just felt tired, she thought she looked it, too. After coming across Rodan + Fields, Amy not only loved the products but also saw the value in the business opportunity—she loved the fact that it was a part-time opportunity which would allow her still to be at home with her younger children.

Amy immediately launched her Rodan + Fields business, promoted to Level V just eight months later, achieved her Starfire Pearl Lexus shortly thereafter (on the same night as her business partner, Cassie Stangler); and her enthusiasm and conviction have resulted in an organization of over 300 Consultants. Amy says her greatest success to date has been empowering her friends and family with Rodan + Fields, whether it is by helping them look and feel better with the products, or opening the door to the business. Ron and Becky Cox

All it took was a little intuition and zeal for Atlanta-natives Ron and Becky Cox to start their own Rodan + Fields business. Friend of the family Jacqueline Qualls, an RFx Executive Consultant, was looking to expand her business when she asked Ron and Becky to join her team. Ron, who was pursuing another business venture, helped his wife conduct some market research to assess the potential success of the Rodan + Fields business opportunity and sensed it was a promising one that would last for the long run. Becky enrolled as a Consultant in February 2009, and Ron, who was a seasoned entrepreneur, joined her in business soon after.

An educator for more than 33 years, Becky works her Rodan + Fields business around her job as a first grade teacher. She sees this side business as another way to make a real impact on people's lives. Rodan + Fields has enabled her and Ron to meet many fabulous people, as well as helped them create, as Ron envisioned, a legacy for their children and grandchildren. The couple feels that their greatest achievement is seeing the number of Consultants in their organization who are building their own success stories. "We have people who had given up on their dreams [and] are now dreaming again,"; says Becky, who recently earned a Lexus. Amber Dawes knew it would be difficult to put her children through college on a kindergarten teacher's salary. The working mother of three needed to find a way to pay off debt and put aside some money for their education. Kristin D'Uva

Kristin D'Uva, a part-time Nurse Anesthetist and mother of three from Montville, New Jersey, says she can spend a lot more time interacting with her kids since joining Rodan + Fields. Kristin, who heard about the business around the time she chose to decrease her hours at the hospital because of childcare conflicts, had a gut feeling that the brand would eventually be a household name. Recognizing Rodan + Fields as a huge opportunity, she immediately joined as an Independent Consultant in December 2011.

Because Kristin works her business from home, she can now make her family a priority without having to put her career on the back burner. "I no longer have to work outside of the home on weekends or holidays, just when I want to,"; says Kristin, who thinks the business opportunity solves the debate over whether a mom needs to work full-time or exit the workforce to stay home with the kids. Kristin's business has helped her regain a sense of hope that as a mom she can have it all. Cherielyn Estebar

Cherielyn Estebar from Frisco, Texas was working for the airline industry and earning a nursing degree when an Independent Consultant reached out to her on Facebook about the Rodan + Fields® business opportunity. "My family and I had just moved to Texas from California two years prior and I had just welcomed my fourth child who at the time was still an infant,"; says Cherielyn about her already very busy schedule.

Prudence Ferrone

Prudy Ferrone is an experienced network marketer who knows firsthand just how lucrative direct selling can be. After reaching the pinnacles of achievement at her former company, Prudy sold her organization to open several aesthetic medicine spas in the Long Island area. Needless to say, when she was introduced to Rodan + Fields she was busy with her medi spas and not looking to start a new direct sales business from scratch. But that all changed when she met the Doctors. Their vision lit a fire in Prudy and she was compelled to join.

Prudy immediately started building her business and quickly became a Level V Executive Consultant. But it was July, 2010 when her business really started to skyrocket. Candice Corbett Fioranelli

Candice Fioranelli—a Level V Executive Consultant from Cleveland, Mississippi—first learned about Rodan + Fields on Facebook in December 2011. Candice worked long hours as a cosmetologist and was looking for job flexibility so she could spend more time with her son. Intrigued by the Doctors' credibility and the ability to work around her family's schedule, she decided to become an Independent Consultant. With years of experience in the beauty industry, Candice loves interacting with people and helping them look and feel their best. In just six months, Candice's Plan B as a Rodan + Fields Consultant became her Plan A. After 12 months, she deemed her earnings enough to allow her to be able to give back to the community in ways she never thought possible. Sandy Herbert

The next time you're in the Nashville area and see a woman on a Harley who has great skin and a gleam in her eye for helping her community, make room—it's Level V Executive Consultant Sandy Herbert, and she is a woman on a mission. When Sandy isn't on her Harley serving as a child liaison and auditor for BACA (Bikers Against Child Abuse), she'll probably be in her new Lexus, courtesy of the Road to RFx Car Program and just one of the many rewards she's received as a Rodan + Fields Independent Consultant.

When Sandy joined the company in August 2009, she wanted to earn enough extra income to take her family on a two-week vacation. As a licensed cosmetologist who also owned and operated five coffee shops and a catering business, she'd never had time for such a luxury. Two-and-a-half years later she has closed her other businesses, has enrolled her two daughters as Consultants, and is now pursuing her new "why," creating a safe house for abused children and women. Once she and her husband, Sean, finish building their new log home in the country, their current home will become the safe house—funded entirely by Sandy's Rodan + Fields income.

Angie and Thomas Hesser

Angie Hesser, Level V Executive Consultant from Edmond, Oklahoma, was not looking for a new opportunity when initially introduced to Rodan + Fields in October 2010. She had spent 17 years building a direct selling business and felt very content with her career. But after learning about Rodan + Fields, she decided to take a serious look at what the Doctors' were offering. That serious look turned into a business that grew quickly, propelling her to Level V in six months and surpassing her former direct selling income (that took her 17 years to build) in just eight months. What Angie initially thought would be supplemental income to help her and her husband, Thomas, pay for their four daughters' college expenses became far more when, after 16 months, one Rodan + Fields check was the equivalent of one semester of college.

Thomas helps Angie by regularly referring friends and coworkers to her website, and their plan is to retire him from his current job so he can devote all of his time to their Rodan + Fields business. Valerie Jean Jackson

Level V Executive Consultant Valerie Jackson from Franklin, TN, enrolled as a Rodan + Fields Independent Consultant in April 2009 after watching some of her closest friends, Natalia and John Yosco, launch their own Rodan + Fields business and find great success. At the time Valerie was a single mom working 40 to 60 hours a week, including weekends, as a realtor, and she immediately saw Rodan + Fields as an opportunity to change her future. She had been dreaming of a job that would allow her to drop her daughter off at school each morning and be there for her in the afternoon when school got out. Olivia Jeffers

Olivia Jeffers from Dallas, Texas learned about the Rodan + Fields® business opportunity from a friend who was using the products and experiencing amazing results. "I went home, did some research and enrolled as an Independent Consultant the next day,"; says Olivia, who launched her business in April 2013. When Olivia's first son was born, she and her husband decided she would put her Human Resources and Recruiting career on hold to stay home. Nikki Lazo

Before joining Rodan + Fields as an Independent Consultant in February 2011, Nikki Lazo from San Jose, California worked for 10 years helping families going through the process of international adoption or facing a housing crisis. The mother-of-two says she's always trying to reach beyond herself, including supporting her aging parents as they head into their retirement years.
