She oversees the Product Development, Packaging & Clinical Affairs groups, ensuring the products deliver visible benefits that are meaningful to consumers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
For over 17 years, Ms. Bausman has worked on beauty brands in both marketing and product development touching products across several categories including skincare, color, haircare, body care, cosmetic tools and beauty nutritionals. She excels at translating new technology and ingredients into product stories that consumers want and products that deliver results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Working closely with the brand\u2019s founders and leadership, she has developed award-winning products positioning Rodan + Fields as innovators in the dermatology-focused skincare market. She worked on products positioning R+F as the market leader in retinoid technology. She spear-headed the launch of a new regimen solidifying R+F as the category leaders in acne solutions. She also launched R+F Haircare that introduced a new category to the portfolio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
