Official Terms & Conditions

We’re looking for authentic Rodan + Fields customers to celebrate real, visible results with R+F’s Redefine Regimen, Intensive Renewing Serum, or Multi-Function Eye Cream. If you’ve been invited to participate, we’re excited to learn more about you. These Terms & Conditions explain how the Campaign works and what you can expect.

1. Sponsor and Campaign. The “YOUR REDEFINING MOMENT” promotion (the “Campaign”) is sponsored and administered by Rodan + Fields and its designated administrator, Front Row Productions (collectively, the “Sponsor” and the “Releasees”). The Campaign is designed to identify one genuine Rodan + Fields product user to serve as an endorser and representative of the Brand.

2. Eligibility. Participation is by invitation only and is open solely to natural persons who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, are legal residents of the United States and are legally able to travel to Los Angeles, California on or about July 25, 2026. Participants may not be employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, or immediate family or household members of Sponsor or the Releasees. Participants must not be AI-generated personas, virtual influencers, bots, or other non-human entities. Participants also represent that no employment, guild, union, agency, management, or other contractual obligation will prevent their full participation or require Sponsor to assume additional obligations.

3. Your Submission. If you would like to be considered, send the following to myRFstory@rodanandfields.com: 2–3 recent photos. They must be well-lit and include one headshot, all with no makeup, filters, skin-smoothing apps, or retouching using AI or any other program. Attach a 1-minute video introducing yourself, including your age. In one minute, describe your skincare journey and how your favorite Redefine product has made a difference in your life (the “Submission”).

4. Selection. At least one (1) eligible Participant will be selected as the ‘Selected Personality.’ Sponsor will evaluate Submissions based upon authenticity, enthusiasm for the product, quality of the Submission, overall fit with the Campaign, and Sponsor’s creative and marketing objectives. Sponsor’s decisions are final. Sponsor reserves the right not to select anyone if no submission is deemed suitable.

5. The Opportunity. Will be flown to Los Angeles and hosted for approximately 6 days and 5 nights to participate in a professionally directed photo/video shoot and related promotional activities on or about July 27–July 29, 2026. Subject to a Promotion Agreement, the Selected Personality may appear in Sponsor’s advertising, websites, social media, digital media, print, point-of-sale materials, public relations materials, and other promotional content as an endorser of the R+F Redefine brand. Expense reimbursement for meals and travel costs will be provided up to a maximum amount to be detailed in the Promotion Agreement.

6. Promotion Agreement. As a condition of participation, the Selected Personality will be required to execute Sponsor’s Promotion Agreement, outlining the condition of participating in the Campaign and photo/video shoot, along with any customary publicity, travel, tax, confidentiality, and related documents requested by Sponsor. If the Selected Personality declines or is unable to do so, Sponsor may select an alternate personality to participate in the Campaign.

7. Submission Standards. By submitting materials, you represent that the submission truthfully depicts you; is not materially AI-generated; does not infringe the rights of any third party; does not contain unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate content; and that you possess all rights necessary to submit the materials.

8. License. By entering, you grant Sponsor a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to review, reproduce, display, and use your submission solely for administering, judging, and promoting the Campaign. Any broader rights granted by the Selected Personality will be governed exclusively by the Promotion Agreement.

9. Travel. Sponsor, through its administrator will coordinate reasonable travel arrangements for the Selected Personality, including flight to and from the nearest major airport of the Selected Personality, hotel stay, and airport transfers. If travel or the photo shoot must be rescheduled, delayed, or canceled due to events beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, Sponsor may modify the Campaign or select an alternate without liability.

10. Privacy. Information collected through the Campaign will be used to administer the Campaign, communicate with Participants, and coordinate participation if selected. Participants may also receive promotional communications from Sponsor. Sponsor makes commercially reasonable efforts to comply with applicable CAN-SPAM requirements. Promotional emails may be discontinued at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in those communications. Opting out of promotional emails will not affect Sponsor’s ability to contact you regarding this Campaign.

11. Release. By participating, each Participant releases and holds harmless Sponsor and any Releasees from claims arising from participation in the Campaign, travel, or related promotional activities, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

12. General. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility, disqualify any Participant who violates these Terms, modify or terminate the Campaign if necessary to preserve its integrity, and substitute an alternate Selected Personality when appropriate. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver. The laws of the state of California shall apply to this promotion Campaign. Void where prohibited.

JULY 2026 PROMOTIONS

TRAVEL ESSENTIALS THRESHOLD OFFER
The Rodan + Fields July Travel Essentials Threshold Promotion (“Promotion”) is valid for eligible Rodan + Fields Customers in the United States, Canada (excluding Quebec) and Australia during the Promotion Period as outlined below. By participating, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions. Rodan + Fields (“R+F”) reserves the right to modify or cancel this Promotion at any time without notice.

Spend $250 USD/CAD/AUD and receive one (1) Cadence x Rodan + Fields On-The-Go Set when using code CADENCE at checkout (spend threshold is pretax and shipping in US and Canada and inclusive of tax but without shipping in Australia). Cadence x Rodan + Fields On-The-Go Sets are limited-quantity promotional items available while supplies last only and may sell out prior to the end of the Promotion Period.

The New Customer Offer Welcome25 (“Promotion”) is a limited time promotion that offers Rodan + Fields (“R+F”) first time customers the opportunity to place an order with ‘Welcome25’ coupon code and receive 25% discount on their first order (pretax and shipping in the U.S. or Canada; inclusive of tax but exclusive of shipping in Australia) during the Promotional Period. This promotion is available for guest users that are placing their first orders, Retail customers’ enrollment orders and PC enrollment orders. The Promotion is open to all legal residents of the United States and its territories, including the District of Columbia, Guam and Puerto Rico, Canada, and Australia. Rodan + Fields Brand Consultants, existing Rodan + Fields Preferred Customers and Rodan + Fields company employees, including employees of all R+F affiliates and subsidiaries, are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. Notice of Financial Incentives (US Only)
In exchange for the participant’s consent to R+F (and its related/affiliated entities) accessing, collecting, and using the participant’s personal information, including email address, for marketing communications, the participant will receive a code for the Promotion as well as access to other offers made known via Rodan + Fields marketing emails and text messages. To opt-in to the Promotion, you must enter your email address. All Information collected in this Promotion will be administered by R+F in accordance with its Privacy Policy, located at https://www.rodanandfields.com/en-us/privacy-policy. A participant has the right to withdraw from the Promotion at any time by opting out of email communications by following the instructions contained in the email or by emailing optout@rodanandfields.com. We do not assign a monetary value to the data that we collect in connection with this Promotional Program. However, we believe in good faith that the value of any Promotion we offer is reasonably related to the value of any personal information you provide to us. The method for calculating the value would include the value of anticipated revenue from the Promotion; costs associated with facilitating and managing the Promotion; expenses incurred in the storage, retention and use of the information; and all other costs reasonably related to the Promotion.

The Rodan + Fields In-Cart Pure C Offer is a limited promotion available only to select U.S. Rodan + Fields customers who receive the one-time in-cart pop-up offer at checkout (“Eligible Customer”) and must be redeemed at the time of checkout for the order in which offer was received (“Eligible Order”) Offer is non-transferrable.

Eligible Customer qualifies only for the offer displayed in their pop-up at checkout.
