Promotion Eligibility & Period
All Rodan + Fields (“R+F”) Preferred Customers (“PCs”), Retail Customers and Brand Consultants can purchase limited-edition mini sizes of Active Hydration Serum, Multi-Function Eye Cream and Total RF Serum as a trio set during the promotional period or they can get them for free with a spend threshold while supplies last. Mini Bestsellers are available two different ways during the Promotional Period:

1. All three Mini Bestsellers can be purchased as a set for the below limited time set price:
USD: $99 Customer | $89 Brand Consultant
CAD: $118 Customer | $106 Brand Consultant
AUD: $134 Customer | $121 Brand Consultant

2. Spend $150 and choose a mini Active Hydration Serum or mini Multi-Function Eye Cream for free. Or spend $250 and get the Mini Bestsellers Set, which includes all three mini products, for free. (Spend levels are pretax and shipping in the U.S. or Canada; inclusive of tax but exclusive of shipping in Australia.) Spend thresholds are measured in local currency.

No promotional code is required. Mini Bestsellers Set cannot be combined with any discount promotions. Spend threshold offer can be combined with other discount promotions.

In the U.S. and Canada, the Promotional Period is between 12:01 a.m. PT on December 2, 2025 – 11:59 p.m. PT on December 22, 2025 or while supplies last.

*In Australia, the Promotional Period begins 4:01 p.m. AWST on 2 December, 2025 and ends 3:59 p.m. AWST on 23 December, 2025 or while supplies last.

These Promotions are valid in the U.S., Canada (excluding Quebec) and Australia. No promotional code is required. Mini Bestsellers Set cannot be combined with any discount promotions. Spend threshold offer can be combined with other discount promotions. The Promotions are open to all Preferred Customers, Retail Customers and Brand Consultants who are legal residents of the United States and its territories, including the District of Columbia, Guam and Puerto Rico, Canada (excluding Quebec) and Australia.

Promotion Eligibility & Period
The New Customer Offer Welcome25 (“Promotion”) is a limited time promotion that offers Rodan + Fields (“R+F”) first time customers the opportunity to place an order with ‘Welcome25’ coupon code (and ‘HOLIDAY25’ and ‘RODANANDFIELDS’ and ‘EYES25’ coupon codes in US only) and receive 25% discount on their first order (pretax and shipping in the U.S. or Canada; inclusive of tax but exclusive of shipping in Australia) during the Promotional Period. This promotion is available for guest users that are placing their first orders, Retail customers’ enrollment orders and PC enrollment orders. The Promotion is open to all legal residents of the United States and its territories, including the District of Columbia, Guam and Puerto Rico, Canada, and Australia. Rodan + Fields Brand Consultants, existing Rodan + Fields Preferred Customers and Rodan + Fields company employees, including employees of all R+F affiliates and subsidiaries, are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. Other discount promotions can’t be applied with this promotion and Regimen sets listed below are excluded from this Promotion. Higher discount of the applicable promotions at the time of purchase applies. One coupon code can be used for the first order.

This Promotion is valid in the U.S., Canada, and Australia. In the U.S. and Canada, the Promotional Period begins April 1, 2025 at 12:01 a.m. PT and ends December 31, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. PT.

*In Australia, the Promotional Period begins at 3:01 p.m. AWST on 1 April, 2025 and ends at 3:59 p.m. AWST on 1 January, 2026.

New customer orders must occur during the Promotional Period to be eligible for the 25% discount.

In exchange for the participant’s consent to R+F (and its related/affiliated entities) accessing, collecting, and using the participant’s personal information, including email address, for marketing communications, the participant will receive a code for the Promotion as well as access to other offers made known via Rodan + Fields marketing emails and text messages. To opt-in to the Promotion, you must enter your email address. All Information collected in this Promotion will be administered by R+F in accordance with its Privacy Policy, located at https://www.rodanandfields.com/en-us/privacy-policy. A participant has the right to withdraw from the Promotion at any time by opting out of email communications by following the instructions contained in the email or by emailing optout@rodanandfields.com. We do not assign a monetary value to the data that we collect in connection with this Promotional Program. However, we believe in good faith that the value of any Promotion we offer is reasonably related to the value of any personal information you provide to us. The method for calculating the value would include the value of anticipated revenue from the Promotion; costs associated with facilitating and managing the Promotion; expenses incurred in the storage, retention and use of the information; and all other costs reasonably related to the Promotion.
