Rodan + Fields offers certain rewards and loyalty programs to promote our products and services, including the PC Perks Program and the R+F Beauty Rewards Program, and additional new programs that may be introduced from time to time (collectively, the “Program(s)”). These Programs provide consumers certain benefits, including discounts, coupons, special offers, and/or the opportunity to earn points for certain purchases that can be redeemed for discounts or products.

I. Participation and Enrollment
Participation in any Program is optional. To enroll in the Programs, please follow the prompts at checkout. Details on enrolling in additional Programs and relevant terms and conditions will be provided upon announcement. You may terminate your participation in the Programs at any time by contacting customer care at rfbeautyrewards@rodanandfields.com (for R+F Beauty Rewards) or PCPerks@rodanandfields.com (for PC Perks) or via the online account management portal. Note: If you request to delete certain personal information that we hold about you, we will be unable to provide you with access to the benefits of the Programs.

II. Personal Information We Collect
We may ask you to provide personal information in connection with these Programs, including the following categories of personal information identified in our Privacy Policy: date of birth, first and last name, country of residence, commercial and transaction information, and account information. Additionally, where you engage with the Solution Tool while enrolled in the R+F Beauty Rewards Program to earn Points, we may collect additional information, such as gender, age range, and skin concerns, you submit through the Solution Tool to provide you with customized product suggestions.

III. Financial Incentive
Because the Programs involve the collection of personal information in exchange for certain benefits, they may be interpreted as a “financial incentive” or “bona fide loyalty programs” under applicable privacy laws. We process your personal information to provide the Program benefits and for purposes as otherwise specified in our Privacy Policy and may disclose this information to service providers to act on our behalf and help us facilitate the Programs.

IV. Value of Personal Information
The value of the personal information collected through the Programs is reasonably related to the value of the benefits provided through the Programs and is calculated based on a variety of factors, including the costs of administering the program, maintaining member accounts, providing Program benefits and services, customer engagement with the Programs, and the overall relationship between R+F and participating members. Because the information collected through the Programs is materially the same as the information we already collect to provide our products and services, we do not attribute significant standalone value to the collection of personal information solely as a result of Program participation.
