R+F PAIRED Regimen for Discoloration + Wrinkles

One is a medium-weight cream, while the other is a light-weight lotion. Each nourish your skin, improving the appearance of lines + deep wrinkles while providing the same level of protection against harmful UVA + UVB rays. Both are non-comedogenic + will not clog pores. Choose either our cream or lotion based on personal preference + skin type with knowledge + confidence that both deliver the same great results. While both are suitable for all skin types, our cream is best for normal to dry skin + our lotion is best for combination to oily skin.

We recommend that you use mild cleansers, moisturizers and sunscreens as you ramp up to using the R+F PAIRED Regimen for Discoloration + Wrinkles twice a day. The SOOTHE Regimen is a good option. Avoid other products outside of the Regimen that containing Retinols, Alpha-hydroxy Acids such as Glycolic, or any scrubs and mechanical brushes, as these can result in irritation.

To ramp up we suggest using the REVERSE Deep Exfoliating Cleanser, REVERSE Intensive Brightening Toner, and REVERSE Tone Correcting Treatment once every other day for the first week. Increase to twice daily as tolerated. Use a gentle cleanser, toner, and moisturizer when not using the Regimen. If needed, you can also ramp up the AMP MD System, follow these steps at least three nights per week, ramping up to every night as tolerated:

• After cleansing and toning Use the AMP MD Derma-Roller. Divide face into sections (forehead, right side, left side, chin, nose, neck) + with moderate, comfortable pressure, roll the AMP MD Derma-Roller over each section 4-10 times, changing directions with each pass: vertically, horizontally, in a diagonal from upper left to lower right + in a diagonal from upper right to lower left. Always follow direction and read directions before use.
• Apply the contents of one REDEFINE Intensive Renewing Serum capsule to your entire face + neck.

When starting a new, potent skincare routine, use once every other day for the first week or two and increase to twice daily as tolerated, avoiding the eye area.

• Step 1 AM/PM – REVERSE Deep Exfoliating Cleanser - Wet skin and gently massage evenly over the face. Rinse well + pat dry.
• Step 2 AM/PM – REVERSE Intensive Brightening Toner - After cleansing, use a gauze pad to apply over face + neck. Do not rinse; allow to dry.
• Step 3 AM – REDEFINE Triple Defense Cream or Lotion SPF 30 – Apply liberally and evenly over face + neck every morning.
• Step 3 PM – AMP MD System - Use AMP MD Derma-Roller to gently roll over face and neck 4–10 times, 3x per week. Increase to nightly use as tolerated. Total rolling time should not exceed one minute. • Step 4 PM – REVERSE Tone Correcting Treatment - Apply liberally and evenly over face + neck.
