New R+F Beauty Rewards

R+F Beauty Rewards is the Rodan + Fields loyalty program. It is free to join and open to all registered Rodan + Fields customers in the United States. Customers that enroll in PC Perks on or after August 1, 2026 are automatically enrolled in R+F Beauty Rewards. Members earn points on every eligible purchase and on additional specified non-purchase activities such as leaving product reviews or following R+F on social media channels. Members can apply those points toward product rewards and dollar-off vouchers through the Rewards Store in their account on purchases of $40 or more (excluding promotions, discounts, vouchers, taxes, shipping and fees).

You can start redeeming your points in the Reward Store mid-September 2026. Any points you earn before then are saved to your points balance and ready to use as soon as redemption opens.

As a member you will:

• Earn 2 points per $1 spent on every eligible purchase at rodanandfields.com
• Apply points toward product rewards and dollar-off vouchers through the Rewards Store on purchases of $40 or more. Points redemption opens in mid-September 2026. Anything you earn before then is saved to your points balance and ready to use as soon as redemption opens.
• Earn points through promotions and activities found in your account such as writing product reviews and following R+F on our specified social media accounts.
• Receive points as a Birthday Reward during your birthday month each year if you enter your month and day of birth in your account profile.
• Access member-exclusive offers and promotions

If you are an active PC Perks subscriber, R+F Beauty Rewards stacks on top of your existing benefits, giving you even more value from every order.

PC Perks is the Rodan + Fields subscription program for Preferred Customers (“PCs”). When you subscribe to PC Perks, your chosen products are delivered automatically on a schedule you control at no extra cost to join. As an active PC Perks subscriber you receive:

• Free ground shipping on orders of $40 or more (exclusive of promotions, discounts, vouchers, taxes, shipping and fees)
• 3 points per $1 (instead of the standard 2 points per $1) on one recurring subscription order placed every 30 to 90 days
• A Perks Present with your second qualifying order
• An Anniversary Gift each year on the anniversary of your subscription with qualifying order
• 10% off your first subscription order, when you newly enroll in PC Perks, if you are an existing Rodan + Fields customer
• Exclusive offers and promotions
• Automatic enrollment in R+F Beauty Rewards

If you were already a PC Perks subscriber before R+F Beauty Rewards launched, you’ll need to opt in to join R+F Beauty Rewards to start earning points. Simply log in to your account or opt to join R+F Beauty Rewards at checkout on your next order.

R+F Beauty Rewards and PC Perks are two separate programs that are designed to complement each other. R+F Beauty Rewards is the R+F loyalty program, open to all registered customers. It rewards you for every eligible purchase, and completing activities not requiring a purchase, with points you can apply toward dollar-off vouchers and free products on purchases of $40 or more.

PC Perks is the subscription program. It delivers your favorite products on a regular schedule and unlocks a set of subscriber-exclusive benefits on top of your R+F Beauty Rewards membership. Customers that enroll in PC Perks on or after August 1, 2026 are automatically enrolled in R+F Beauty Rewards, and can earn points on every eligible subscription order.

If you already have a Rodan + Fields account, joining R+F Beauty Rewards is straightforward. Simply log in to your account at rodanandfields.com and opt in to R+F Beauty Rewards, or opt in at checkout on your next purchase.

If you are a new customer, you can opt in to R+F Beauty Rewards at checkout on your first purchase.

If you already have a Rodan + Fields account, simply log in to your account at rodanandfields.com and opt in to R+F Beauty Rewards, or opt in at checkout on your next purchase.

If you are signing up for PC Perks, you will be automatically enrolled in R+F Beauty Rewards as part of the subscription sign-up process, no separate action required.

If you are an existing PC Perks member you will need to opt into R+F Beauty Rewards.

Once enrolled, your points balance, reward history, available rewards, and other earn opportunities are all visible in your account when you log in.

Members earn 2 points for every $1 of eligible spend on purchases made at rodanandfields.com, as long as you’re logged in to your account. PC Perks subscribers earn 3 points per $1 on one qualifying recurring subscription order placed every 30 to 90 days.

Points are not earned on shipping fees, taxes, any portion of an order covered by a promotion/discount, dollar-off voucher, or product reward, or purchases made through other third-party retailers or channels. Points may also be earned on non-purchase related activities as set by R+F and made available in your R+F Beauty Rewards account.

Points expire if you do not complete a qualifying purchase within any consecutive 12-month period. Every time you make a qualifying purchase at rodanandfields.com or via a PC Perks subscription order, the 12-month expiry clock resets. Non-purchase activities such as writing a review do not reset the expiry clock, only purchase activities do.

If your points are approaching expiry, we may send you a reminder notification by email, but it is your responsibility to keep track of the expiration of your points. We recommend keeping your communication preferences up to date in your account so you do not miss these alerts.

You can begin redeeming your points in mid-September 2026. Log in to your Rodan + Fields account and visit the Rewards Store. Browse the available rewards, choose the one you want, and add it to your order at checkout. Your points are deducted when your purchase is completed.

You will need sufficient available points to add a reward. Pending points cannot be used. Points and rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money.

You can apply your points toward regular purchases with a $40 overall value or more (excluding promotions, vouchers, taxes, fees, and shipping) in two ways:

• Dollar-off vouchers: applied at checkout to reduce your order total
• Product Rewards: mini or full-size Rodan + Fields products added to your order

The Rewards Store catalogue is managed by Rodan + Fields and updated regularly. Available rewards and their points values are displayed in your account. Rewards are subject to availability.

Once you redeem your points for a dollar-off voucher or product reward, you must use the dollar-off voucher or product reward within 30 days, or else it will expire. For example, if you redeem points for a dollar-off voucher, and apply that dollar-off voucher to your subscription order which will process in two months, the dollar-off voucher will expire before the subscription order processes and will not be valid for use on that order. Points used to redeem dollar-off vouchers and product rewards are non-refundable, and you will not be able to recoup points used for expired dollar-off vouchers or product rewards.

As an active PC Perks subscriber, you can opt in to R+F Beauty Rewards via your account at rodanandfields.com or at checkout on your next purchase. Once enrolled, you receive the benefits of both programs. Your PC Perks benefits sit on top of your standard R+F Beauty Rewards membership, giving you more perks as a customer. In addition to all standard R+F Beauty Rewards member benefits, as a PC Perks subscriber you also receive:

• 3 points per $1 (instead of the standard 2 points per $1) on one recurring subscription order placed every 30 to 90 days
